On Fridays, our administrative
team will be available from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm to assist you.
Appointment Scheduling
During your appointment, you have our undivided attention. Our entire team is focused on getting to know each patient and providing exceptional care. Simply call our office to schedule an appointment, or take advantage of our convenient online appointment request feature.
We strive to set appointments at your earliest convenience. If you have a dental emergency, please contact us right away for prompt care. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Insurance & Billing
We are committed to providing excellent care for the Fort Worth community, and to ensuring that you receive the treatment and services that best meet your needs. We accept many insurance plans, and will gladly assist you with insurance filing and payment options.
Because operating as a preferred provider often limits the level of care a dentist may offer, we have chosen not to participate as such. However, most insurance plans still provide the same percentage of coverage on our services as they would with an “in-network” or preferred provider.
During your consultation visit, we sit down with you to discuss dental concerns, treatment recommendations and payment options. Our dedicated Financial Coordinator will file your insurance paperwork and help you find the payment method that’s right for you. Patients are responsible for all expenses not covered by insurance, with a percentage of treatment costs due at the time of service.

Payment & Financing Options
We accept payment in the form of cash or check as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, a financing option that can help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. We're conveniently located in the Cultural District, just minutes from the events, shopping, dining and entertainment of downtown Fort Worth.
From Downtown Fort Worth – Travel west on Seventh Street, making a right onto Bailey Ave just past the Montgomery Ward Plaza. Cultural District Dental Care will be on your left.
From University Dr. or Camp Bowie Blvd.– Travel towards West 7th Street. Turn onto west onto W. 7th Street and then turn right onto Bailey Ave. Cultural District Dental Care will be on your left.
